Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CashRocket Social Casino mobile application (the "App") provided by CashRocket ("CashRocket," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

CashRocket is a social casino intended purely for entertainment. The App uses virtual currency ("coins") that:

• has no real-world or monetary value;
• cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or prizes;
• cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, transferred or redeemed under any circumstances, including any promotions; and
• is licensed to you for use within the App only.

The App does not offer real-money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or real-world prizes. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

You must be at least 17 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the App is lawful in your location.

You may play anonymously or Sign in with Apple to save your progress. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may assign you a username; you may not use the App to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

You start with a free coin balance and can earn more through gameplay, daily bonuses and missions. You may also optionally purchase coin packs as in-app purchases through the App Store, priced from $0.99 to $99.99.

• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Virtual currency and items are licensed, not sold, and are delivered immediately on purchase.
• Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
• We may change pricing, offers, and the amount or availability of virtual currency and items at any time.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, automation or unauthorized tools;
• attempt to buy, sell, or transfer coins, accounts or items for real money;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its servers; or
• use the App for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App. On termination, any virtual currency or items associated with your account are forfeited and have no value.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or AUD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above, and your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
