Common questions

How do I restore a purchase?

If a coin pack didn't arrive, make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then reopen the App. If the coins still don't appear, email us with your purchase details and we'll sort it out.

How do I manage or cancel purchases?

Coin packs are one-time in-app purchases handled by Apple. Refund requests are managed through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

Open the App and go to Account → Delete Account. This works for guest and signed-in accounts and removes your associated data. You can also email us at hello@cashrocket.app to request deletion.

I lost my coins or progress

Sign in with Apple to back up and restore your coins, cosmetics and history across devices and reinstalls. If something still looks off, reach out and we'll investigate.

Can I win or withdraw real money?

No. CashRocket is a free social casino for entertainment only. Coins are virtual, have no real-world value, and cannot be cashed out.
