This Privacy Policy explains how CashRocket Social Casino ("CashRocket," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CashRocket mobile application (the "App").

CashRocket is a free social casino game. You play with virtual coins that have no real-world value. The App does not offer real-money gambling and you cannot win, redeem, or cash out real money or prizes.

By using CashRocket, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

You can play CashRocket anonymously without creating an account. We aim to collect only what we need to run the game and your account.

2.1 Information you provide

• Email address — only if you choose to Sign in with Apple to save your progress. Apple may share a private relay email if you hide your address.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• User ID — an account identifier used to store your coins, cosmetics and game history.
• Purchase history — records of in-app coin pack purchases, used to deliver your purchase and prevent fraud.
• Gameplay & account data — coin balance, cosmetics, missions, streaks and tournament results.

We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use your data for advertising or third-party tracking.

• To operate the game and maintain your in-app balance and progress.
• To process and verify in-app purchases through Apple.
• To run tournaments, missions and daily bonuses.
• To sync your account across your devices when you sign in.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or technical issues.
• To respond to your support requests.

Coin packs are sold as in-app purchases handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your full payment card details. We receive a purchase receipt from Apple that we verify to deliver your virtual coins.

Account and gameplay data is stored using our backend infrastructure provider on secure servers. Some preferences are stored locally on your device.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the App.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Account → Delete Account), including for guest accounts. When you delete your account, we delete your associated personal data and revoke your Sign in with Apple token, except where we must retain certain records (such as purchase records) to comply with legal obligations.

CashRocket is intended for adults aged 17 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@cashrocket.app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
